Forced Eating Habits Changed

Went to the doctor the other day... Nothing too good to be said about that since I have sugar, and all the stuff just in the limit... Apparently I also have androgyny (I have an excess of a male hormone), polycystic ovary and hypothyroidism...

The doctor gave me a specific diet tho... And I have some food prohibited: pasta, flour, sugar, ice cream, fats, chocolate, beer, candy, diet soda and regular soda, cassava, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bread, rice, banana, pineapple, grape, watermelon

That and the diet that I need to go thru it's not going to be fun but it's also not an option not to do it... If I want to get better I need to do it... Here I leave you the general diet for all the things I have...

Day 1
Breakfast 8:00hs
Black coffee or with a little milk
A portion of cheese Port Salud
A fruit (papaya or melon)

Middle of the morning 10:00 hs
A slice of cheese Port Salud
A fruit

Lunch 12:00 hs
500ml of water or sparkling water
2 Steaks grilled fish or 1 grilled steak
Abundant salad of lettuce, carrot and tomatoes
A portion of dietary gelatin (jelly)

Half afternoon 15:30 hs
1 Glass of freshly squeezed orange juice with water or
A fruit

Other half afternoon 17:50 hs
A pear or an apple

Dinner 19:00 hs
500ml of water or sparkling water
1 vegetable soup dish
White cabbage and carrots salad
Vegetables with 2 scrambled egg whites

Before bed 23:00 hs
A portion of dietary gelatin (jelly)

Day 2
Breakfast 8:00hs
Black coffee or with a little milk
A portion of cheese Port Salud

Middle of the morning 10:00 hs
A slice of cooked ham scouring with white cream cheese

Lunch 12:00 hs
500ml of water or sparkling water
A portion of vegetables to the Neapolitan
½ Grilled churrasco
A portion of dietary gelatin (jelly)

Half afternoon 15:30 hs
An aplle

Other half afternoon 17:50 hs
A portion of melon

Dinner 19:00 hs
500ml of water or sparkling water
Vegetable salad
1 churrasco

Before bed 23:00 hs
A portion of strawberries with sweetener

Day 3
Breakfast 8:00hs
Black coffee or with a little milk
2 portions of cheese Port Salud

Middle of the morning 10:00 hs
A fruit

Lunch 12:00 hs
500ml of water or sparkling water
2 Pumpkins stuffed with minced meat
2 slices of cooked ham
A fruit

Half afternoon 15:30 hs
1 low-fat yogurt

Other half afternoon 17:50 hs
Black coffee
1 slice of cheese

Dinner 19:00 hs
500ml of water or sparkling water
1 vegetable soup dish
White cabbage and carrots salad
Chicken breast with mustard

Before bed 23:00 hs
A portion of dietary gelatin (jelly)

Day 4
Breakfast 8:00hs
Black coffee or with a little milk
A portion of cheese Port Salud
A fruit (papaya or melon)

Middle of the morning 10:00 hs
100 grs of cheese Port Salud

Lunch 12:00 hs
500ml of water or sparkling water
2 Boiled fish fillets
Abundant salad of lettuce, carrot and tomatoes
A portion of fruit salad without sugar
Tea

Half afternoon 15:30 hs
A fruit

Other half afternoon 17:50 hs
White coffee with a slice of cheese Port Salud

Dinner 19:00 hs
500ml of water or sparkling water
1 vegetable soup dish
A grilled steak (120 grs)
Strawberries without sugar

Before bed 23:00 hs
A portion of dietary gelatin (jelly)

Day 5

Black coffee or with a little milk
A fruit (apple, pear, kiwi)

A slice of cheese Port Salud

Lunch 12:00 hs

PROHIBIT FOODS:
Pasta, flour, sugar, ice cream, fats, chocolate, beer, candy, diet soda and regular soda, cassava, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bread, rice, banana, pineapple, grape, watermelon

I'm sorry to hear that it wasn't the best news at the doctor's, but I hope that the new diet will help.
